- Sharing your Knowledge and Experience to the children or/and
- Spending your Valuable Time with the Children or/and
- Contributing your Money for the needy children

| The BAALYA Foundation ® functions under the overall guidance of trustees consisting of experienced professionals. Its day-to-day activities, managed by multi-disciplinary core members, are directed, monitored and reviewed by trustees. |
| Besides, BAALYA has project-specific teams, who transform ideas in to reality, by adopting a mechanism to study the prerequisite to execute the programs with an innate sense of efficiency and invention. |
